Three code sections apply to sizing buses with PV interconnections.
705.11 addresses connections on the line side of the main breaker. The bussing after the MCB does not need to be oversized.
705.12 addresses load-side interconnections.
705.12(3) addresses busbar sizing and has two parts:
(1) states that the bus must be sized to the MCB plus the PV disconnect.

(2) addresses the situation when the PV disconnect is at the opposite end of the MCB and states that the PV can be as large as 20% of the MCB without the need for oversizing the bus bar.
