  • EV Capable: 10% of the total parking spaces on a building site, across all parking facilities, must be designated as EV spaces, ready to support future Level 2 charging stations
  • EV Ready: 25% of total parking spaces must have low-power Level 2 EV charging receptacles. In multifamily parking facilities
